Greetings Family and Friends,
The response to Reunion 2008 was incredible. The numbers increased the closer we got to the reunion date. With the banquet seating over 150 family members and friends, we declared our 1st International Noisette Family Reunion a success. Many people expressed their gratitude while sharing pictures, documents, and stories of their families that were somehow and in someway connected to the arrival of Philippe and Celestine in 1794. It was a joyous event that ended with everyone inquiring as to when the next reunion would take place.
The date is set and the planning has begun for the 2nd International Noisette Family Reunion 2011. Mark your calendars, gather your documents and family stories, save your dollars, and reserve your rooms. I suggest you book your hotel reservations as soon as possible because the reunion is scheduled during the height of the hotel season.
Please forward this letter to family members who are not aware of this grand event. Also, send us email addresses and or mailing addresses for those whom we have no contact information.
Charleston is one of the most beautiful cities, and one of the oldest cities in the country, and it certainly is one of the most preserved. It is rich in history, architecture, tradition, art, culture, and of course, southern hospitality. During the reunion, we plan to offer great accommodations, interesting entertainment, delicious low country cooking, and exciting gatherings with Noisette family and friends.
Expect this reunion to be grander and more exciting than the one before. Is that even possible?
We look forward to receiving your registration forms as soon as possible. Partial payments on registration fees will be accepted and appreciated because of deposits and advance payments needed for some of the events. Full refunds will be granted until June 1, 2011. Refunds after June 1, 2011 will be granted on a per case basis.
The week preceding the reunion, July 24-31, 2011, Avery Research Center will host an Exhibit, displaying historical documents and artifacts of the Noisette Family. August 15-27, 2011, the American Rose Society will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Noisette Rose at Edisto Memorial Gardens, in Orangeburg, SC. We would like to present your family group documents, pictures, artifacts, and displays for these two events. Please contact Peggy Clement for instructions on the formatting and content of your items.

Greetings! I believe that I am related. My Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather is Henry B. Noisette. My aunt is Roberta Frasier. I remember my Great, Great, Great Aunt Viola Noisette-Smalls as a child & teenager. I lived with my grandmother Estelle Gruber-Frasier. My mom is Estelle Frasier-Bethea.
There will be a ceremony on November 11th to honor Henry B. Noisette. I am so proud of my family since I am a veteran of Saudia Arabi, my uncle Tyrone Frasier for the Vietnam War and now my ancestor for the Civil War. Let’s keep in touch. I look forward to uniting with family.
It was nice meeting and celebrating with you Shawnette on Veterans Day. You have a rich family heritage, one that you seem to be carrying on as a Veteran yourself.
Thank you for your service to our Nation.
